Refund/Return Policy
All sales are final, goods sold in good condition cannot be returned, but if a cash refund consent is granted, there will be a 25% restock recharge.
The company does not accept liability for damages or loss arising from negligence, fraudulent, physical or electrical damages and dishonest acts of the buyer, and we offer 14 days limited warranty on our products.
Shipping
Kindly note: Otherwise stated, Shipping attracts a charge depending on the location the product is being sent to. The buyer pays for shipping.
We provide three shipping methods:
Pick Up from our stores by an accredited party
The buyer can choose to come in person to pick up items purchased or send a third party. The third party is verified by the buyer and liability of the product is taken from our hands.
Delivery through public transportation
Products purchased by a buyer can be shipped using public transport and the fee is negotiated between the driver and the buyer. Items are sent from accredited motor parks to ensure the reliability of delivery. The buyer collects the number of the driver in question and a follow-up is done. TechSources will be notified by the driver or the buyer then the exchange is complete.
Inter-State Logistics companies
At the buyer’s request, items can be processed and sent through inter-state logistics companies available in their location. This includes GIG Logistics, DHL, etc.
